Nope, no news. I submitted a report from the link you provided. I even tried using the generic PnP graphic driver but that did not fix the BSODs. So, I am back on Windows 7 for the foreseeable future (and also considering getting an apple laptop) Let me know if you are able to get anything working.

Dell Studio 15 (1558) with ATI Radeon HD 5470 user here as well. I am also getting BSOD constantly when the screen refreshes due to change in brightness from Fn+F4/F5, as well as when the screen dims and I move the mouse again. I have tried both ATI drivers 12.10 and the beta 12.11, but doesn't...
