Thanks "SIW2" for all your help!! Also thank everyone else in this this forum! I was able to restore the factory Windows 8 image from my ASUS laptop! After upgrading to Windows 8, the "Refresh" and "Reset" features were corrupted. I had to use SIW2 tools to extract the "install.wim" file and...
