post the content of the cbs.log ,found in c:\windows\logs\cbs\cbs.log.. just copy and past it into your nrxt post . not sure why it doesn't complete the scan ,myself I have never had an issue like this ,but see it on this forum all the time ,and most time I think the cure is doing a windows refresh

download and run the dsim.bat file ,it will run dism and sfc for you .good luck
