So I have 2 PC's and a metered internet connection. So I created an ISO instead of upgrading the one PC. When I run the ISO on the computer it was created with, it gives me the option to upgrade. When I run it on my other PC, it asks me for a Windows 10 serial key. This doesn't make sense...
