    That's a lot of Inspiron N5110s :shock:... Well I have one too, and the screen turns black as well during final stage of installation. It works with the basic Microsoft drivers, but it's low quality. Hopefully somebody can fix this soon...

    Still not fixed with Windows 8 RTM (the final version of Windows 8). It's Intel or Dell's problem, they better fix it before I buy the $14 upgrade to Windows 8. (Windows 8 works when I disable the Intel HD Graphics driver, but the screen resolution is not changable and is messed up. Downloading...
