wow, i fixed it what i had to do is, every time i turned on my pc i would force turn it off when windows was loading that way it will think windows has a bug, so it yould offer me automatically to go to the boot options menu a new way to go into the boot options menu :P i think its kinda easier...

like i said, i didn't make a recovery disc and i can't enter windows so i can't make one at this point all i need is to enter windows and then edit the msconfig configuration and it should work perfectly

oh thanx ill try that, i just hope i get the troubleshooting option there
