I completely uninstalled AMD Catalyst under Programs and Features, also I uninstall the driver from Device Manager and completely removed AMD files using Display Driver Uninstall in Safe Mode. I have the same problem with this guy in this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-Dq7REmCgk0...
