I accidentally installed Windows 8 on a data drive.

I can't delete them. Does anyone know how to delete those folders (Windows, Program Files etc.).

There is lots of data on the partition. There is only one partition on the drive, and I installed Windows 8 into that partion. Now I have w:\windows, w:\program files, w:\data etc.

So why don't you backup the data and reformat the partition.

So why don't you backup the data and reformat the partition.

It's a 3TB drive that's over 50% full. There has to be a better way! I will try "rd" command in elevated command prompt.
