Hi All,
Sir/Madam(s),
The Question : how to install win 8.1 x64 successfully with the latest win 8.1 x64 iso ?
Actually, all the latest win 8.1 iso variants include the Update 2919355 (APRIL 2014) and this update roll is supposed to cause restart loop problem i.e.
[FONT=&]After you install Update Rollup 2919355 (April 2014) for Windows RT 8.1, Windows 8.1, and Windows Server 2012 R2, or after you install any of these systems from media that includes this update rollup, you cannot restart the computer because the computer experiences a restart loop.

Microsoft/MSDN says :

This article points to a hotfix/update for this problem and give solutions for ones who have extra pc installed with win 8.1. Additionally, it says to apply the fix only when you suffer with the problem as its has exceptions !
So, i need to know how to deal with it when i have no extra pc installed with win 8.1 & if i could come out easily/shortly of this well once i fall in it !
My concerns are : what are the situations/possibilities of happenings when you try to install it and how to come out of/prepare for them ?
Thanks & Regards,
Vineet Garg.
[Edit : when one will try to choose between different latest isos , he probably/can come across 'windows 8.1 with update 1' and 'windows 8.1 with update 3' ! in fact 'windows 8.1 with update 3' is the latest. 'Update 1' refers to update roll April 2014 and 'Update 3' to Nov 2014 update roll (3 in 1). Obviously, 'win 8.1 with UP 3' includes update roll april 2014 as well and the restart loop problem is associated with update roll april 2014 ! ]
