which is better? 32bit or 64bit w7 os?

Do you plan to add more RAM in the near future? The main advantage of installing 64-bit Windows is for the ability to access more than 4GB of RAM. If you plan to stick with 4GB then you'll see little to no benefit going with 64-bit.
