I'm trying to restore my laptop (Acer Aspire e5 551), but every time I try to, it says "Could not find recovery environment."
I also tried to just refresh my laptop, but that some thing prompts me.
I looked on here prior to posting this thread, and tried something from a forum, but I was utterly confused because I didn't understand.
What do I do?
