Hi all,

I'm trying to reset Windows 8, but I have the message "Unable to reset your pc. A required drive partition is missing".

However, I checked with GParted that the recovery partition was still there. And everything seams OK...

Is there something I need to do to be able to reset the OS?

Thanks in advance.

Try the command reagentc /enable from an admin command prompt to enable/reset the recovery environment. You can use reagentc /info to review the recovery settings. Otherwise, you could boot from your Windows 8 installation DVD for the repair else create a Windows 8 installation USB disk using the Media Creation Tool.
