UEFI Settings Not Available..How To Go Back To Win 7?

I Have Acer Aspire 4745 Laptop which has windows 8.1
I want to install Windows 7 But My BIOS does not have any UEFI Option.
Please Help Me!!

You don't need UEFI for Win7.
Burn an ISO with Rufus and select MBR setting.
