Yesterday I used my recovery disk to factory reset my laptop. The installation process was successful. After all files and hp softwares are installed into laptop it restarts. From that point it stuck on boot looping. While boot loop it not shows hp logo instead it shows only windows 8 logo.
Once again tried to boot using recovery disc to confirm the files are copied inside the hard drive using backup files option. All windows 8 files are there inside the c drive (refer Imgur: The most awesome images on the Internet).
Need help to boot into Windows 8.
Product Name: Hp envy dv6 7206tx
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 8 (64-bit)
Thanks.

Was it running ok before you used recovery disc as it looks like you have overwritten the operation system of windows you had on there.
Have you tried factory reset which hopefully might find your windows what you had on there

Yeah it works well before. I have not overwritten the files. I have done factory reset. After factory reset all windows files are installed but it started to boot loop on the logo.

In this document for Enable Hibernate / Disable Fast Boot in Windows 8 it explains how to disable the Fast Boot(Hybrid Boot). It does not matter which order that you disable them in.

To disable the Hybrid Boot (Fast Boot) in the BIOS you need to get to the Secure Boot Configuration screen.

Before you can use this menu, a warning appears. If you have Windows 8 installed on your computer, press F10 to continue to the Secure Boot Configuration menu. If you do not have Windows 8 installed, press Esc to cancel.

You need to disable the Fast Boot (Hybrid Boot). (Information from HP Desktop PCs - BIOS Settings for the Joshua Motherboard)

I hope this information helps. Let me know how it goes.

Thank you,
I worked on behalf of HP.
