OEM, MSR Partitions Don't Show Up After 8.1 Clean Install

Recently my Windows 10 was corrupted and I reinstalled my windows 8.1. I did a clean install and saw that my SSD and HDD were already partitioned. I deleted the OEM and System reserved partitions since I thought it would be ok since it was a clean install (wanted to install as if they were new drives). Now the partition that was the original MSR reserved partition cannot be extended into (the 351 unallocated volume) and I do not see the MSR or OEM reserved partitions. I am currently not experiencing any problems with booting or such, but I am not sure whether I should be concerned. This is what my disk management looks like and the list of partitions of disk 0 which is where my OS is located (currently windows 10 again). Also the HDD had an system reserved partition which I deleted as well, but in diskpart it shows some sort of reserved volume not listed in disk management. Looks like you installed in legacy mode instead of UEFI.

If I reinstall my Windows 8.1 again in UEFI mode, will windows create those partitions? I was unable to extend into the 351 MB partition within the Windows disk set-up as well when in the installer.

Yeah, it will if you delete all partitions and create UEFI Bootable USB Flash Drive - Create in Windows

    And follow these instructions,

Currently I have deleted all partitions and it shows as one unallocated partition. When I click new, and apply it only makes two partitions which are primary and system and not four partitions as the instructions suggest. My usb did not show up as UEFI but I did format it as the Rufus screenshot was shown.

My mistake, Rufus had switched back to the MBR default partition scheme after I had reselected the ISO file. I made sure that it was on those settings again right before clicking start and this seems to have fixed the issue as my motherboard (gigabyte 970a-ud3p) detects the usb as UEFI. I was using this video before to set-up Rufus(https://youtu.be/thcbA8-2dS4) to install 8.1 and it seems that her motherboard did detect the USB as UEFI while mine did not. Anyways, thank you very much for your help.
