transferring windows 8 OEM from PC to Mac

Hi everyone,

I would like your help in the following issue.

I have an acer laptop that came with windows 8 OEM. (I used a software and have the product key for the windows 8 version)

I would like to downgrade this computer to windows 7 vista, transferring the windows 8 oem to a newly purchased macbook pro (I will use it in bootcamp).

What is the proper steps to do it ?

OEM versions are permanently tied to the original hardware on which they are installed; they can NOT be transferred. Sorry.
