Problem booting on windows 8.1

So every time i want to start the laptop (asus x550ln) i get this "Reboot and Select proper Boot device or insert Boot media in selected Boot device and press any key", so i inserted the disk with windows 8.1 and it every time just stops at Setup is Starting if i chose to install and if i chose to repair it gets stuck on a blue screen, all i can do is press enter and it gets me back to the window from where to chose these options.

I searched for a few hours the internet but couldn't find a solution, i hope that my hard drive isn't gone...
