no hard disk when booting from Easus ToDo Backup.

I have expereienced this issue twice now. After changing the Aptio bios to create the possibility to boot from USB, I manage to get the recovery screen in ToDo backup, but there is no sign of the HD. What do I forget? I change the SecureBoot to disabled; then allow CSM, then set usb as 1st boot device.

May be the startup disk is not recognized to your hard drive , are you creating a Linux boot disk or WinPE boot disk ? If it is a Linux boot disk, recommended that you create a WinPE boot disk to try. Also, do you have any other external hard drive ? If yes, remove it and try again.

Easus does not give support for their free products... I shall try with a WinPE start disk and inform you further. Thanks for the reply.
