Windows 10 Icon Hasn't Shown Up?

I have the required KB installed, it shows that GWX is in the Windows File, but if I try to run it, It does nothing? Does anyone have a fix?

(I have already tried the "ReserveWin10" cmd file)

It may be that the HP Tablet you have doesn't have the necessary drivers ready. Check the HP web site for any information about it. Some manufacturers have not finished prep for Windows 10 on all their devices. My Toshiba Encore 7 didn't get the icon until 2 days ago even though I had the KB installed.
