Recover deleted Windows 8 partition

Hi everyone,
I was trying to format my laptop and install a new version of Windows 8. I deleted my old Windows 8 partition and tried to install the new version, but I got an error about some GPT stuff.
I've looked for what it is and I found out that I could have just reinstalled Windows 8 using the Update and Recovery of Windows.
The problem is that I don't have the Windows 8 partition anymore. Is there a way to recover it now? Or do I have to install a new version of Windows 8?
In case, could you tell me how to go around the GPT problem?

My Laptop is a Lenovo Z580 and I haven't done anything after deleting the Windows 8 partition.

Thank you!

Boot from the Windows installation media in UEFI Boot Mode, so you can use GPT (GUID Partition Table).

Quote from this post: UEFI Boot Mode (installing using the GPT partition style) and Legacy BIOS Boot Mode (installing using the MBR partition style). -> link

Tip   Tip
Error message when you boot from the Windows installation media in Legacy BIOS Boot Mode:

Windows cannot be installed to this disk. The selected disk is of the GPT partition style. (see screenshot below)

That is because Windows can only be installed to MBR disk in Legacy BIOS Boot Mode, but you plan to install Windows on a GPT disk.

- Boot from the Windows installation media in UEFI Boot Mode, so you can use GPT (GUID Partition Table).
- But if you want to use MBR (Master Boot Record) partition table, then delete all partitions on the disk.

If you have a Lenovo laptop that came with Windows 8/8.1 preinstalled.

How to install Windows 8/10 64-bit in UEFI Boot Mode.

You do not need to change the UEFI firmware (BIOS) settings. For example, you do not need to change the boot order of drives, or disable Secure Boot, or enable Legacy BIOS (aka CSM) boot mode.

- Connect your Windows 8/10 64-bit USB flash drive (Note: FAT32 file system) or insert your Windows 8/10 64-bit DVD.
- Shut down your laptop.
- Press the NOVO button (see screenshots below). The system loads boot options.
- Select the BOOT MENU option.
