Disk Managment Untitled Partitions

Remember "Free software RAM" ? You just cant use something you don't have and that goes for space on disk too. Compression and compressed folders can ad a bit of space on the expense of speed.
Mixing Linux and windows partitions is not an easy task with UEFI, Linux running on external drive with "Persistence" file can be just as useful as if it was used as secondary system, in case of USB3 or eSATA you can't even tell that it's external.

Not if it's a Windows filesystem formatted partition, no -- not for Linux installation.
Actually, I don't believe Linux requires a primary partition for instalation, you can install it on a logical partition within an extended partition.
