After a reset I have only shut down and restart when I try to put it to sleep.
Is there a setting to fix this?

I am comparing settings on 2 pcs. The one that won't sleep and only shows restart and shutdown has no sleep in the advanced power settings like it did before the reset.

I tried to follow all of Brink's tutorial but even the cmd prompt would not work.

I tried to work my way through it to find out how to restore sleep to no avail.

I think I have a wrong video card causing the trouble. I see where it says it is a basic MS card but it used to be different. The look on my screen is different also. How do I find the name of the installed video card not running dx.

If I can find the name I can then install the right information if you can direct me.
