Is this a good set up? New PC build

So... my computer is pile of poop, and I have decided to get a new amazing computer, I can quickly used PCPARTPICKER to put together parts that I think are good, and will work like a BOSS.

Can someone check if this is a good setup, and/or what else to get or replace?

It's certainly more powerful than anything I've got. The only thing I see is the Network adapter card may not be needed, motherboard has a gigabit adapter built in. But if needing hands-on building and testing assistance just give me a call, get it back to you in a couple of years.

Why go for 960 SLi? A single EVGA 980 Classified would do you better. What's your budget?

What is the purpose of the system? Video encoding/editing? Gaming? Are you going to overclock? One glaring omission is an SSD. You have nice, fast components and you slapped a ball and chain on that bad boy with a 5400 RPM drive. if you're going for a video encoding/editing rig, I'd add an SSD and maybe move your mechanical storage to a 7200 RPM drive. A gaming system won't need that 6 core CPU. I'd drop down to a fast quad core and add graphic horsepower. And then I'd only do SLI if you have a multi-monitor setup or you're running a 1440p or 2160p (4K) monitor. Hope this helps.
