Install problem ,Wintel windows8.1 32bit UEFI

    Hi everyone.
I have been searching everywhere to be able to solve this matter, but no luck yet.
On my minipc WINTEL with Intel atom Z3735F processor that runs with InsydeH20 bios
that was preinstalled with a 32bit windows 8.1 os, but the system is capable of running
    on 64 bit.
So i have an original windows 8.1 64bit Os on dvd. and would like to install that.
    so now the problem.!

The wintel has only 2 usb Ports and one microSd , and an firewire port.
    it has win 8.1
    it has insydeH20 vers: IZ37.DW8rnnn04
it has boot secure option that i have tried setting of and on.
it has an boot legacy / uefi unit first / last - tried that.
it has no master password enabled.
    i have tried to use F12 / F2 etc. - nothing there.

i cannot boot anything using either usb stick or my portable dvd.
i have tried making bootable usb with win 8.1 64bit on it with fat32 / NTFs / gpt.
    Non worked.
i cannot find any boot device list.

some pics of insydeH20 bios screens.

i Think i have tried Everything i can Think of.

    Hi again folks.
yesterday I also tried to remove bitlocker from drive c with some commands in PowerShell.
because I think that probably could be the thing that causes the annoying problem that it is impossible to boot the comp from any kind of media.
Well , I'm going to keep on trying this evening again.

    Windows 3.1 > Windows 10

Right Charm -> Change PC Settings -> Update and Recovery -> Recovery -> Advanced Startup ->
Restart Now -> boot from usb/dvd

go into your firmware (bios) and reset firmware back to "system defaults"

then from a command prompt(admin) and (this is how I always do commands) - type one line at a time.
    list disk
    list volume
    select disk 0
    list partition

post a pic of cmd window
