New 8.1 install in Asus N56J

I have two problems and I'm not quite sure how to deal with them:

Problem 1: Making the Asus BIOS to run install disk from DVD.

Problem 2: How to install Windows 8.1 on a fresh install.

Your questions seems to be in the opposite order I'd expect. First, you'll want to create a disc from the following tutorial.

Then, your should see a boot section in the BIOS that explains or lets you set the option to boot from this DVD. Once it boots, you'll be able to perform a clean install.
