Hi all,
I have my system running Windows 7 and 8.1 originally without any problems. They were installed on the same hard drive on different partition. Yesterday, I had to format and reinstall Win7 and now I don't see the boot menu option for Win8.1 anymore. Is there anyway to fix this? Thanks in advance.

diskpart
list volume Note: Note the volume letter where the Windows 8 is installed.
exit

bcdboot X:\windows Note: Replace "X" with the volume letter of the Windows 8 partition.

BCDBOOT <source>
- <source> Specifies the location of the Windows directory to use as the source for copying boot files.
- UEFI mode: BCDBoot copies the boot files from the Windows partition to the EFI System partition and creates the BCD store in the same partition.
- Legacy BIOS mode: BCDBoot copies the boot files from the Windows partition to the active partition on the primary hard drive and creates the BCD store in the same partition.
