Accidentally Formatted my Drive 0 Partition 1 (system)

Can anyone please help? While attempting to restore my computer I accidentally formatted my partition and now it doesn't even let me boot up. And I cant "Upgrade: Install windows and keep files, settings, and applications" because I have to "Remove the installation media and restart my computer so that Windows starts normally." The error message I am getting when trying to boot up normally is "An operating system wasn't found. Try disconnecting any drives that don't contain an operating system. Press any key to restart". What I did was clicked Custom: Install Windows only (advanced) clicked on Drive 0 Partition 1(system) and clicked format. I am willing to reinstall windows if any way possible.
Thank you for your time and I hope you can help!

    Hi ad84555! Welcome to EightForums!

    Try this:
Open your case, (hopefully you have a desktop PC), and carefully unplug all hard drives.
Boot to your installation media, and when you get to the following window, carefully plug in the desired hard drive then click the 'Refresh' button in the window,
then hopefully the drive will show.
