Solved W8 Recovery Drive does not show startup settings

Hello,

I created a Recovery Drive on my laptop. I booted into the recovery drive, go into advanced options and only see:
  • system restore
  • system image recovery
  • automatic repair
  • command prompt
but I do not see Windows Startup Settings to enter the safe mode?
