Windows 8.1 on 2 different hard drives

Hi there !

I have a question,
if it's possible to install Windows 8.1 2 times in the same computer on different hard drive.
Right now i have installed Windows 8.1 Home version on my first hard drive and
i'm thinking to install it also on my second hard drive in the same computer. (something like dual boot)
I'm running audio workstation, so i'd like to have one version just for audio application/midi,
no internet installed and other things (antivirus, network, ...).

Is this possible or do i need another license to do that ?
