Speccy (and CPU-Z) will Freeze some systems - careful if you use them

For analysis etc CPU-Z and Speccy were excellent programs BUT on W8 they appear to FREEZE some computers so if you use these please note.

Some computers run these just fine.

Yup CPU-Z works, but Speccy does not !

As jimbo says - "on some computers". Both run 100% on mine.

Yes, but the ones that had issues do not any longer...so that makes it "none of the computers".
