If you wait a while somebody here may be able to help you get the factory recovery working again. There have been a couple of similar threads on the go.

Or you can get install media here, Create installation media for Windows 8.1 - Windows Help that will let you clean install Windows 8.1 using you OEM embedded key, even an 8.0 key. You just have to download the correct version. Your laptop most likely just came with the basic Windows 8.0, also know as core. Windows 8.1 should work for you.
Windows 8 and Windows 8.1 ISO - Download or Create
UEFI (Unified Extensible Firmware Interface) - Install Windows 8 with

since it is an Asus PC try this > ASUSTeK Computer Inc. -Support-

It is asus back tracker and repairs the windows 8 recovery option..

keep in mind recovery of windows 8 will require updating to windows 8.1 again

you can also use the link in my sig below to download windows 8.1 setup media, which you can use to upgrade windows 8
or fresh install windows 8.1 using the windows 8 product key

He did say "Please help me to having a new and clean Windows". Open to interpretation, but I took that to mean a clean install was an option that would be considered.

That's likely a utility offered by the manufacturer. You'll have to look through the downloads for your model to figure out which one it might be. For my ASUS laptop I think it's the ATK utility. I also end up installing the Smart Gesture utility to get my touchpads scroll function to work.
