"Could not find recovery environment"

I'm trying to do a factory reset, but I am unable to because I am apparently missing a recovery environment.

I think it may have occurred when I deleted one of my recovery partitions to make room for a new partition that I installed Linux onto.

I was unable to create a recovery drive. "Cannot create a recovery drive on this PC".

I still have a recovery partition:

type> reagentc /info

if it says Disabled

type> reagentc /enable
