I have a Toshiba Satellite Radius laptop. I wanted to reset it to default factory settings so its back to how I bought it.
After turning on the laptop, I pressed the 0 key, and it took me to Windows 8 recovery screen. I clicked on reset, and I said to erase all files.
The resetting process is taking a long long time. Only 24% completed in 1.5hrs.
Can I purposely interrupt the resetting process by holding the "power" button to turn the laptop off?
I am unsure if this resetting is occurring through Windows 8's recovery/reset feature, or it is a Toshiba software on the participation...
