Lost BCD in UEFI PC. Can't get into OS, but it's there.

Hi, let me get to the point:

Friend brought over an HP All in one 20-b323w. Boot up message says:

The Boot configuration data for you PC is missing or contains errors.

    File: \EFI\Microsoft\Boot\BCD
    Error code: 0x000000f
So I went inside its Recovery, and ran Automatic Repair multiple times to no avail, so I went to disable Secure Boot, and tried this:

    But the result is this:

Also, I think C: is not marked as active, but it says I can not mark it as active.

I don't know much about UEFI at all, and it was so much easy with the old BIOS MRB fixes with just a few commands.

What can I do, and what kind of more info would you need?

I tried to make a UEFI USB bootable drive to no avail folowing this guide:

UEFI Bootable USB Flash Drive - Create in Windows

Rufus didn't work giving me a PXE error, no system inside kind of message.

The longer method was doable until I couldn't find such "install.wim" folder inside Sources.

How to Convert/Change RAW File System to NTFS without Data Loss - EaseUS

The RAW drive is a hard drive partition which has not been formatted with the file system neither FAT12/FAT16/FAT32 nor NTFS/NTFS5. The RAW drive can be caused by a number of reasons such as virus infection, format failure, accidentally shut down operating system, power outages, etc.

It is a UEFI install and there are no Active partitions. When you boot you should be booting to a Windows Boot Manager in the Boot Devices list.

As Genet points out, the C partition now shows as RAW, for some reason. Be careful, you may be able to recover it in tack.

Please don't use EaseUS on a UEFI system....

Yes, I'm afraid of using recovery tools, and also dangerous commands that I don't understand yet on UEFI systems.

This blog may have another approach forcing the BIOS method, but I still don't understand it well.

Also, I just noticed that RAW thing.
