Windows 8.1 0xC0000005 install error

Hi, I am trying to install Windows 8.1 x64 on a Samsung NP-RF711 laptop, but at 89% or 92% of Gettings files ready for installation I get an 0xC0000005 install error.

The BIOS is setup for UEFI. There is no CMS option though.
When I select the USB drive it is prefixed with EUFI.
I have tried 2 USB drives and 2 programs: RUFUS and ISO2Disc.

I think at this point the USB drive becomes invisible to the laptop, but why? Any ideas?

Is this a full retail version or an upgrade and from what?
Did you remove all external devices except the keyboard and mouse when you tried to install?

It's not an upgrade. I am trying to do a clean install from a USB drive. The source file was an iso.
It's a laptop, there is nothing to remove.

I am trying NOT to disable UEFI as I want to install Windows 8.1 with UEFI support.

At the end I just gave up and installed Windows 7 with no UEFI.
