hello everyone, please help me out here. i had Windows 8 before and i updated it to Windows 8.1 with a clean fresh install using a usb drive and the .iso file of Windows 8.1

i managed to successfully install it but now there's a problem. I can't access "Primary Active & Boot drive".
i had 4 partitions before.
1) C drive (windows)
2) primary drive
3) logical drive
4) F - drive (Active and Boot). i could access this drive before. it was of 70GB and i have important data in it. now i can't view it in My Computer. the partition is present but i can't access it. what should i do? here's a screenshot from Minitool partition wizard

That second one is missing a letter, assign one to it and it should be visible.
