How to copy Boot-files to work in new HDD

i want to copy my C:\ to new HDD. i also want to put the bootfiles in separate Boot-partition in new HDD.
the boot-files are currently together with windows partition in C:\ in old HDD.

How can i copy my current windows to work on new HDD and also the bootfiles in separate partition?
