Yes I did select the USB. The very USB you told me to create. If it was not UEFI it would not show up in the first place. The error still persists. I have absolutely no idea what is causing it.
Here is a Diagram of how to set up your UEFI:USB Install Media using RUFUS

    Attachment 51809

On boot up you have to select the UEFI: USB *** you will see both UEFI: USB *** and USB ***

Solved it. The issue was not the program but the fact that I used ALL IN ONE edition of windows. I got my hands on an illegal version of 64 bit windows and it worked fine.

My question now is. How am I supposed to turn an NON EFI windows into an EFI windows.

I'm not sure what you mean.

If you installed Windows 8 in Legacy BIOS Boot Mode and if you want GPT partition style, then you will have to reinstall Windows 8 in UEFI Boot Mode.

Here is info about Legacy BIOS Boot Mode (installing using the MBR partition style) and UEFI Boot Mode (installing using the GPT partition style): link

You can't UEFI install has to installed UEFI if you set it MBR then you either reinstall UEFI or live with it MBR. A Data Disk can be converted from MBR to GPT but a OS has to be installed to GPT Can't be successfully converted to GPT
