Hi All,
My situation may look funny but please do help. I have purchased Dell Inspiron online from Dell website, the laptop arrived with windows 8 pre installed (Home edition). I had trouble installing few softwares, hence I downgraded my laptop to windows 7.. The mistake is that I didnt take a back up of the product key nor did I create a recovery disk. Now I am running on windows 7.. Can Anyone help me how do I go back to Windows 8.. I checked with Dell they said they have to send the recovery disk to my postal address. Which I am not currently residing.. Can anyone help me solve my problem.. Thanks a ton in advance..
