HP Pavilion Lap has Spanish Single Lang Cant load Win8 Pro

I bought a new laptop HP Pavilion 15 and it has a single language windows 8.1 x64 build 9600 installed on it. I purchased and downloaded Windows 8 Pro to install. I created a ISO file on a DVD to install as instructed for a clean install.

My problem is that when I load from the DVD the new Win 8 Pro sees the Spanish and wants to continue in Spanish with no choices to install USA English.

Hoping someone can help me get this solved .... I need my English language as I don't read Spanish.
