Unable to reset to factory - ASUS Partition ( Built In )

I have recently attempted to reset my laptop to factory and i get this issue
Computer specs:
Asus VivoBook S550CM 8gb Ram

hi all
i had same problem after update to win 8.1.
after reading this post (which was very usful),i went to asus web site and find solution for this:
pogram cald "Backtracker" fron Asus that will let you to acssec and backup and restor from the recovery partition
even after update to win 8.1. heare is the link to the program:

i used it to recover my computer and worked perfect and very simpel to use.

i hoop it will help all

Have you made the OEM manufacturer's Recovery Disks?

We always assume you have made your Recovery Disks using the OEM manufacturer's Recovery Media Creator app the first day you had your new PC.
& made the Startup Repair CD. (Windows 8 only)

I would recommend you making the OEM manufacturer's Recovery DVD's or USB drive.

You can order the Microsoft official OEM Recovery disks from the OEM manufacturer's website.

To make ASUS Recovery disk download BACKTRACKER. (For Windows 8)
