Hello Windows 8 forum peoples! I recently bought a Windows 7 Home Premium disc and I want to install it onto my Inspiron 7720 laptop's SSD (G: Drive). However, I currently have Windows 8 installed on my HDD (C: drive). If I follow the Windows 8 downgrading tutorial, will the SSD show up as a partition that I can install Windows 7 to? Also, will the SSD function as a boot drive and will programs other than Windows 7 still download to my HDD?
