Attempting to install windows 7 64-pro but came upon a massive snag

I found out I had to flash to an older bios but I have no CD to burn so im on my moms old computer

the problem is I have wiped the original hard drive of the computer before knowing about having to do the bios flash so nope nada zip no recovery back to windows 8 to do the bios flash (face desk) What I have set up as an idea as how to get back to windows 8 again is this
i have reconfigured the hard drive with Bootice with the proper GPT and ESP partitions but I have no idea where to go from there. I have an ISO ready to copy onto the hard drive but i do not know how to copy it onto the hard drive since i dont have "the" computer to install it with

I am thinking of just copying the setup files to the C: drive of the GTP hard drive then plugging it in and hoping windows 8 will setup itself. then after thats set up and installed i can flash the bios from within windows 8 then restarting and changing the bios option thats unlocked for enabling the mode (i forgot but its on a forum thread with the same computer model as mine in this installation and setup forum with the way to do it) and then doing a backwards upgrade to windows 7 through custom install. (it can be done belive it or not you can backwards upgrade from 8 to 7 without windows 8 trying to stop you ive done that before but on a normal MBR boot record hard disk..
Sorry for long post but I just dont know where to really start on this. What i could do is wait until tomorrow go to the store and buy a recordable DVD disk and burn windows 8 iso onto it and just resetup windows 8 with that instead of figuring out how to do it with bootice and a winusb setup program does anyone have an idea on how to make windows 8 boot from an iso thats copied onto a GPT hard disk? im not sure how it would be possible and dont want to waste time. its been hours and its late at night trying to fix this problem.

Well 1. you don't need windows to update your BIOS, there should be a update function in the BIOS its self.
2. I doubt seriously that an older or newer BIOS will have anything to do with installing Windows 7. Setting up your Win 7 ISO on a bootable USB or DVD set up to boot UEFI will be needed to install windows 7 on a GPT Disk. Guide as Alapha linked in the comment before mine.

i created a UEFI boot flash drive but it didnt work "windows can not be installed to a GPT disk" so i downgraded my bios flash to an older version and changing a bios option to legacy and that i found in a forum thread then it finally let me install after partitioning it to MBR! thanks

i created a UEFI boot flash drive but it didnt work "windows can not be installed to a GPT disk"

Quote from this post: UEFI Boot Mode (installing using the GPT partition style) and Legacy BIOS Boot Mode (installing using the MBR partition style). -> link

Tip   Tip
Error message when you boot from the Windows installation media in Legacy BIOS Boot Mode:

Windows cannot be installed to this disk. The selected disk is of the GPT partition style. (see screenshot below)

That is because Windows can only be installed to MBR disk in Legacy BIOS Boot Mode, but you plan to install Windows on a GPT disk.

- Boot from the Windows installation media in UEFI Boot Mode, so you can use GPT (GUID Partition Table).
- But if you want to use MBR (Master Boot Record) partition table, then delete all partitions on the disk.

Windows cannot be installed to this disk. The selected disk is of the GPT partition style.png

Error message when you boot from the Windows installation media in UEFI Boot Mode:

Windows cannot be installed to this disk. The selected disk has an MBR partition table. On EFI systems, Windows can only be installed to GPT disks. (see screenshot below)

 Clean installs are always so much faster, the trick is keeping your system nice and clean so it stays that way.
