refresh problem

i tried to refresh my pc. its a dell inspiron 15r. 750 gigs hard disk, 6 gb ram, 2gb ati radeon 8730m..
the refresh stated also... but it got stuck at 72%.. i tried it many times bt every time it got stuck at 72% and after an error message is displayed "there was a problem to refresh your pc. no changes were made.1111111' please help me out..

What method you're trying to refresh your PC - Refreshing through USB or Installation CD. If it's USB, make sure that it's properly created. Alternatively, you can also switch it back to normal and create a fresh recovery drive so could you easily refresh your PC without any problem.
