If you mean not losing anything, that's not possible because you can't do an in-place "upgrade" from 32-bit to 64-bit; instead, you have to do a clean install.How do I un install windows 8 and reinstall without losing.
You should not have to use any third party partition manager. You can delete, create, format partitions during installation:If you're going from 32 to 64 it is best to wipe the whole drive and all partitions with something like Partition Master. Start from scratch installing 64-bit.

Hey popeye, thats great. But how do I uninstall the 32bit version all it wants to do is upgrade me to 8.1
It appears you are attempting to install the 64 bit OS from within Windows and that cannot work. You must boot from the install media. Early in the install process you will be given the options as shown in post #8. This will wipe out your existing 32 bit installation.
