Solved Installing 8.1 but there are only 2 options

Installing 8.1 but there are only 2 options (troubleshoot and turn off your pc)
What should i do? At present i have windows 7.
There is no option to install new window.

Your attempting a Clean Install of win 8.1? or a upgrade install over your win 7?
Most win 7 installs are BIOS MBR, Win 8 wants to default install UEFI GPT. Also you can't upgrade a Win 7 32 to win 8 64

Are you booting the installation media. ?

If so, what is it, how did you create it and any other relevant information.

Made usb first in priority list in boot menu.
