I failed trying to install windows

Hello guys , so actually I need your help.Today I downloaded Windows 7 Ult 64 bit as I have 32 bit , I couldn't install straigth without using cd or USB flash. So I got my USB then moved the windows to USB with WinToFlash . Restarted my computer Pressed F12 and chose hard pressed on my USB Adata and it typed ,,Windows loading files'' or smth like that. When it loaded to 100% it whent to Windows 7 blue screen and what I could only see is my mouse pointer and blue screen of Windows. It supposed to be a installation tab to choose country and where to install , but there isn't any. So please if you could help me I would be grateful.

What version of windows is on your machine now. Are you trying to upgrade or downgrade.

First, have you installed Windows 8 and are you trying to go back to Windows 7?

Regardless of your answer, I would suggest that you go here Hard Drive Copy and Secure Wipe Software - CopyWipe and get CopyWipe. Personally, I prefer CopyWipe for Dos since it is the easiest to use and probably it would be best for you in your situation. CopyWipe is free for consumer use.

With CopyWipe, you can choose how many passes to get your hard drive absolutely wiped free of anything that may be there. It will take a long while, so be prepared, but after around four passes, you should be good to go with installing Windows 7.

Once your hard drive is wiped, just install Windows 7 as you would have originally. This will work if there's nothing else wrong with your system.

That may be true, but only if the OP hasn't installed Windows 8 and is trying to go back to Windows 7.
