Now, I have tried 2 different usb to boot and one of them is shown in boot page but not opened the other one act like it does not exist. First usb worked on 2 different computer. Second one haven't tried on an other computer. I will try and inform you.
I am using Universal USB Installer which is recommended by Ubuntu to creat bootable USB.

So, Do you have any idea about problem?

EDIT: Video will not be added. Some crazy things are happening. I wrote them as post.

NOT 1: I wrote "Ubuntu" bu I think problem is not realated with what kind of bootable OS has it in.

I preferred Rufus - Create bootable USB drives the easy way to make a bootablle USB from any Linux distro. The one they recommend has too many variables that has to be set manually, Rufus is already set to best config. Just yesterday I installed 14.04 with it.

Hi there

It's not as simple as that these days as UEFI comes into play.

1) Ensure your PC has PROTECTED BOOT disabled (you don't have to disable UEFI).
2) Allow PC to boot in "Legacy mode".

3) when creating the bootable USB ensure the GRUB bootloader is written to the CORRECT device. If you want a UEFI system then you need to install GRUB2-EFI - however this will write the bootloader to the first HDD and you don't get a choice. However if you decide to create a NON UEFI system choose GRUB2 at Bootloader install time. This will write GRUB to any device and boot on UEFI as well as non UEFI systems.

Follow the thread here (although it's for OPENSUSE the same mechanism can be used for whatever distro you like) - read particularly the steps about installing the bootloader. Read aslo the LAST post in the thread for more info when using UEFI systems.

The post also shows about adding a Windows Virtual Machine to the installed Linux system -- ignore that piece if you don't want the Windows VM on your portable device.

While I was trying to make a video of my bios ubuntu installation page show up. What I did to make it happen is nothing. It sometimes boot sometimes does not. But I figer out that if I first go bios and say without make any change "save and restart" it boots.

That is intresting and I dont know why is happening but I will try your advice ;)

AFTER TRIED: It does not mater which program you are using. Problem still there. I need to go first bios then "save and restart" after miliseconds ubuntu installation page show up.

I have no UEFI, PROTECTED BOOT or Legacy mode. I will check out BOOT LOADER.

Both, Ubuntu 14.04 and latest Rufus support UEFI and regular BIOS. Delay when booting from USB can be a long one so it may seem like nothing is happening for 10 or more minutes.

Waiting 15 seconds (normally (5-10 seconds) but then windows open.

If windows opens, and not Linux, than something is wrong. What do you have in boot options for USB ? Some BIOSes have USB-CD, USB-HDD, USB- FDD etc. In that case should be set to USB-HDD.

In Rufus, you should have 3 choices for Partition scheme, did you try them all ?
