Dual booting Kali in Windows 8.1 error help

I am trying to dual boot Kali with Windows 8.1 and I keep getting three errors at the installation menu. I also carefully checked that I have followed the installation instructions correctly and I have. Here are the three errors:

1.) "Empty Security Header"
2.) "error:/live/vmlinuz has invalid signature" (I double checked other sources and the grub.cfg file I have saved was/is written correctly)
3.) "error: you need to load the kernel first"

I understand this question may not be for this forum. I'm taking a shot on this in hopes that someone smart and savvy enough has the know how to help me with this and also since my OS is Windows 8.1, I'm assuming this can still be a question relevant to the forum.

This does not answer your question exactly.

I use YUMI from PenDriveLinux to boot into various Linux distros, like Kali, Tails and MINT, as well as rescue media, like Acronis, Hiren's, F-Secure, etc. Maybe a dozen or so boot time selectable distros and ISOs.

These are not installations, more like Live CDs.

However, I did not encounter any issues with Kali running on my machine and I didn't do anything special to make it start up.

From those error messages is it something to do with Secure Boot? I don't run that.
