2012R2 Installing gives Error of 0x00000005D

Hi I have a 2012 R2 server install(on my USB) and a dell Dimension E520 with 7GB of ram. I have tried installing 2012 3 times each time getting a error(it shuts down so fast I have to record it to see it) saying "Your PC needs to restart. Please hold down the power button. Error Code: 0x0000005D (or I get it ending in C4)" I see where people are getting this in VMs but it works fine in my VMs so what could be the problem? Thanks
